I hope Rhett's feelings are right and Tiger is protected.
As public as this is, I feel its none of my business, so I really can't comment.

Oh, trust me, I wish it had not been discussed as much as it has. I have an opinion, but it isn't my place to speculate. I only hope that Tiger is well taken care of for the rest of her life, because I am sure that was Michael's intention.

I feel similarly about the solo album although I think it's great. As much as I find it painful to listen to, I'd like it to be re-released so that people may actually get the opportunity to hear it. Maybe it might even get some radio airplay. Michael deserved to have his music heard. I actually have a more difficult time with Elegantly Wasted for some reason. It seems like such an angry album and that doesn't seem like Michael to me. (obviously not all the songs on EW are "angry" but the whole album as a whole seems bitter) Either way, if it means Michael's music could be introduced to a new audience, I would be happy about it. I know he really wanted to be acknowledged outside of his success with INXS. I agree about EW. It did seem angsty and angry, very un-Michaelish. I love Max Q...that definitely deserves a re-release. As for EW, I have to disagree...that is one of my favorites. I like that there was so much more emotion attached to a lot of the songs. And I dont find it to be too angry or angsty (is that a word? LOL!) but again, the less commercially sucessful INXS music has always resonated more with me. Now the solo cd...that one is harder for me because its seems more sad. I have to be in a certain mood to listen to that. Besides I think it would have had a different sound if Michael have been able to finish it.

Yeah, think the final product would have been waaaayyy different if Michael had the chance to finish it.

I discussed the new U2 album with a friend yesterday and mentioned that new Michael releases are being rumoured for this year too. She isn't really an INXS fan but likes Michael, so she wanted to know what releases might be lined up. She'd particularly like to see the solo album re-released as she hasn't been able to find it anywhere. I'd love any extra material (including the kind U2 stuffed in their box sets) but extra tracks on either Max Q or the solo album (preferably both!) would be just super!

This is the latest news So may we might have some new Michael Music Yeah
From Matt Got back from a meeting this morning about MH. The site will now be launched during May we have decided. There is a couple of reasons for this. Firstly we dont want to be involved with all this JD/INXS drama...and secondly we want the site to kinda tie in on the back of the first of the new releases.
Even though this will be the definitive MH site, we still hope to have other MH sites involved and/or linked to us. As we are not a tribute or memorial site like the ones that already exist. So we are not replacing any other MH memorial sites out there. We hope this will be a place that all MH fans, and all INXS will want to visit.
You we see MH stuff you have never seen before, hear from close friends and family members of MH. There will be plenty of competitons too, and interaction between the site and fans. The site will be free to join so everyone is welcome. I will be running the site...so I have been working with the professional website designers to make sure the site is easy to use.
So yeah a couple more months now...thats the latest...

May! I was hoping for an earlier launch date already. But that's fine. My wish is that all the existing Michael sites survive and thrive side by side. (And all us diverse Michael fans can co-exist too.) The more Michael sites the better! ;D The plans for the site sound good. Michael Hutchence takes over the Internet! ;D I hope that the first release will be the solo album. That way I'd have great news for my friend. I'll buy the solo album too if (when!) there are something extra on it. Otherwise, I'd personally could do with Max Q as the first release just fine.

Definately looking forward to hearing unheard Michael songs , and also the new site . I have been in email contact with Matt, and the new site is coming along. Very curious to how it will be different from this or the Official Memorial site. Definately be a good thing if all the Michael sites help each other. We are all keeping Michaels Memory alive , bringing old and new fans back to him. And at least Tiger knows that her father is still very much loved and missed He hasnt left he has just gone into the next room Aussie
